S.T.A.M.P.S. watch faces are perforated on all
sides, are 42 mm x 42 mm in size and 9 mm thick, with a large face, a 3-
hand branded mechanism, a 2-year replaceable battery and special
adhesive from 3MScotch on the back. Collect and change the faces on
genuine leather straps in a variety of colours or stick to any surface!
The adhesive on the back of the face does not just stick properly, it is
also easy to remove and resticks many, many times - and gives
S.T.A.M.P.S. the necessary support on every occasion.
The former brand manager of Citizen Europe, Andreas Schweneker and the former promotions manager of Swatch, Peter Gschwind came up with an idea for a watch resembling a stamp that would be available in a wide variety of designs and would have the ability to stick on multiple surfaces. Once settled on this idea they then recruited Mr. Elmar Mock, one of the inventors of SWATCH for the technical development of this new idea. After instant success in Germany and throughout Europe, STAMPS are now sold worldwide.
